To help us make our international information and ordering service easier and more enjoyable, we would love to know how you usually find Maison de 9uatre, what you are interested in, and what you would like to see from us in the future.
We have prepared a short survey which should take approximately two minutes to complete.
As a small thank-you, you will receive a JPY 500 credit towards one future international order from Maison de 9uatre.

About your JPY 500 survey credit
The credit may be used towards the product total of one future international order from Maison de 9uatre.
International orders are currently arranged individually. When you are ready to place an order, please contact us using the same email address entered in the survey and include “JPY 500 survey credit” in your message.
The credit will be applied manually to the product total.
- One credit per person
- Valid for orders placed by 18 October 2026
- May not be used towards shipping, customs duties or taxes
- May not be exchanged for cash or refunded
- No separate credit email will be sent
